Adjustable base returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the adjustable base must be functional, clean, and undamaged. Each Malouf base is backed by a limited warranty that is prorated over time. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under the conditions and exceptions stated and is extended to the original purchaser.
