Goddess Phoenix Rising: Creating Good Energy Around You Before You Sleep
There’s this quiet little window at the end of the day — that moment when you’re finally slowing down, your mind is softer, and your spirit is a little more open. What you surround yourself with in that moment matters more than most people realize. The energy you fall asleep in is often the energy you wake up with.
For me, sleep isn’t just “going to bed.” It’s a reset. A release. A chance to rise again in the morning with a little more clarity and a little less weight. And the space around you can either support that… or make it harder.
